i am looking for a good shot gun or a good slug gun

You looking to buy new or looking for someone selling a used one ?

Look at the Benelli Nova,the Rem 870 or the Stoger P-350 on the pumps,semi auto's,I only have one a Rem 1100 and my son has a rem SPR 453(baikil,improted by rem)
I don't shoot slugs,we use rifles to deer hunt.
My Nova is my favorite,it's tough as h#*&.

well this place my dad and i are going you can use bows slug gun or a muzzle loader and i have a bow but i would like to shoot one with a slug gun

I know you can get a slug barrel for the Nova,870 which would be least expensive,unless you go with a New England FireArms single shot.The NEF single shot rifles are very accurate,I actually looked at getting a 20ga slug barrel for mine.

H@R Ultra slug 12 or 20 what ever u prefer . I have both and use the both, They now make them with a thumbhole stock and it is sweet. I didn't think they could make the gun any better but the thumbhole is nice.

Dick's Sporting goods here in VA usually offers a rem. 870 combo deal every fall with a slug and field barrel for around $350. Comes in 12 or 20 ga. I bought the 20 and its a tack driver with hornady sst slugs.
