Rifle season starts Dec . 1 here in pa.
has anyone ever tried rattling or bleating this late?
Any success?

I killed my 1st buck the day after thanksgiving in 06 using a rattlebag and primos ez grunt, buck came in from about 200 yrds trotting came to a pine made a rub thn a scrape came out 35yrds and bang, 111 lb 5 point on the ground from my winchester mod 94 30-30 using win 170 gr silver tips. this is in central fl

That is too cool!
I wasn't sure if rattling and bleating would work that late in the year. I'm going togive it a try...nothing to lose..right? Thanks Rebel.Good luck this year.

good luck to you to, it was a awsome hunt, wish i had it on video, lol one thing i forgot to mention is i got the fever and jummped the trigger and hit him in the neck, when i was aiming at the shoulder. ive grown outa that now
