Living in California the easiest opportunity for deer is the coastal Blacktail.  I watch the OLN like most do Sunday football..   and all I see are tips on Whitetail...  I know most California lawmakers have their top button so tight that the blood doesn't circulate to their head so the laws here are a bit wacked,,,, but, are there any types of food plots or deer attractants that work for blacktail?  I would like to put in a food plot but never heard of blacktail using them... 
Any suggestions?    (it's for pictures not hunting... can't hunt over bait in CA)
