11 percent increase in spring turkey harvest

The 2019 spring turkey season saw an 11% increase over last year’s harvest with 17,929 turkeys taken. Statewide deer harvest increases in 2018

Results of the 2018 Deer Hunter Survey indicate that the statewide harvest of deer increased about 5% last season, and was comprised of an estimated 109,208 bucks and 85,778 does.
