Gun season sees increase as hunters take 211,430 deer

During Wisconsin’s the nine-day gun deer season Nov. 17-25 preliminary numbers show 211,430 deer were registered, an increase over the 197,733 deer taken during the 2017 season. Record 106,797 deer taken in modern gun season

6,585 deer harvested during antlerless portion

Preliminary data shows that deer hunters in Missouri harvested 6,585 deer during the antlerless portion of the fall firearms deer season, Nov. 30 to Dec. 2.
