Youth spring turkey season runs April 8 and 9, and the regular spring turkey season runs April 17 through May 7. Hunters can purchase permits through the MO Hunting app.

The new app version provides updated turkey Telecheck information. Both Apple and Android users will need to install the app update to telecheck turkey harvests.

Apple users must have at least the iOS 9.0 version to use the updated MO Hunting app, and Android users must have at least Android 5.0.

The MO Hunting app is available for download through Google Play for Android devices, or the App Store for Apple devices. For more information click here.

Missouri’s “2017 Spring Turkey Hunting Regulations & Information” booklet is available at MDC offices, nature centers, locations where permits are sold and online.

Hunters can also buy permits online.

Hunters buying permits for multiple people in a single transaction can save time by selecting the “Additional Customer” option during permit purchase.
