The original TRU•TEC Micro optic (TG8100B) is a field-proven, pistol-compatible red dot that weighs just over 1 oz. Over the past year, TRUGLO engineering has developed three new models in this series:
TRU•TEC MICRO with 45° Mount (TG8100BM)
Competitors and tactical shooters value a backup or dedicated close-range optic. Including a machined 45° offset picatinny-style mount with the original TG8100B optic makes this easy. The mount is made from machined aircraft-grade aluminum and is finished with matte black anodization. The symmetrical design allows the mount to be used on either side of the rifle.
TRU•TEC MICRO with Green Dot (TG8100G)
The new “G” model uses a 3-MOA green dot for shooters who prefer a green reticle.
TRU•TEC MICRO with RMR Footprint (TG8200B)
The new TG8200B model is compatible with Trijicon RMR-style mounts and accessories, including optic-ready pistol slides. (The Original TG8100B use a mounting system compatible with Docter, Burris, Vortex, and other brands that share a similar mounting system.)
