Ours starts Oct 15th and yes I am ready to go.Looking forward to getting my first bow kill.Been shooting sense May.I am looking forward to seeing what the Hotron 150 and those Muzzy's can do !

October 1st is when I grab my gear and head for the woods , can`t wait I`ve seen some real nice mature bucks in my area and I anxious to let an arrow fly at one of them (hopefully a clean hit).

October 4th and I can't wait!

pghhunter, ya know archery opens in 2B starting the Sept 20th if you get a doe tag for that WMU, right??

wow consider all of yourselves lucky! here in ny i have to wait til oct 18th! for archery season(the earliest) we lost a whole week of our bow season this year and then for the next 3 we get it back, makes no sense to me i think we should start early oct at least

ya i wish i could start at the beginning of september.. but i have to wait till the 27th of sept. .. been doing some scouting.. and shooting.. but not enough.. never is enough tho... but i am extremely excited for this season

How do you like shooting the G5 Striker.  Trying to decide if they are okay

last year was the second year in a row I shot one with these........blood everywhere.  by the way the last 2 years I was shooting only 215 fps with complete passes with these bheads

this year will be different at about 273 fps....I am expecting the same result only at farther distances....

I talked to the shop today and they said my bow should be ready tue or wed.It will only give me a few days to practice before the deer season starts on sat 27th.But at least I`ll have a few days.I`m going squirrel hunting(scouting)in the morning.8 more days. 

could not be more excited than I am right now....got a pic (have not figured out how to up load it yet)  of a solid 140 class RIGHT ON MY SPOT  dropping some scent...also a 6 and 7 point....lots of does

...I think my only real chance at getting ("140"him is in the first couple weeks of bow before the early rut kicks in and his patterns change...only have one cam so it's hard to get  good feel for where he came from and where he went after this pic i got

Well,I didn`t see any squirrels this morning.But,I saw a nice 6 or 8 point buck.I was probably 40 yards away and he never saw me.I tried to watch where he went,so I might be able to set up in that area if he has the same routine.Next Sat.,its on.
